There’s something special about golden retrievers—their gentle eyes, loyal nature, and boundless enthusiasm always light up a room. Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Joc and Scout into my studio for a heartwarming photo session.
At just 3 years old, Joc arrived full of youthful energy, bouncing around the space with playful curiosity. His older brother Scout, a wise and loving 7-year-old, brought a calm and steady presence—but don’t let that fool you! Scout still had plenty of spirit and was just as excited to be part of the fun.
Photographing these two golden retrievers was pure joy. Whether they were sitting side by side in perfect harmony or flashing their goofy grins, Joc and Scout made the session come alive. We captured a mix of classic portraits and candid moments that truly showcased their bond and personalities.
